Dana received her California state license in Esthetics in 2006 from San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology. Since that time she has worked at some of the finest spas in San Francisco including Spa Equilibrium of the Ritz Carlton, The Palace and The Monaco. Most recently, she was the lead Esthetician at Dermalounge before joining us at Soothe in 2008. Dana’s intention is to alleviate current skin concerns while also providing advice and recommendations for homecare, thus prolonging and maintaining the effects of your treatment. She believes that often the simplest routines can be the most effective and loves to share her knowledge with her clientele. She specializes in working with sensitive, acne-prone, or aging skin. She is also a fast, skilled, and efficient waxer and tries to make the process as painless as she possibly can. Whether you would like to come in and just be pampered or would like a bit of skincare education, Dana would love to take care of you and meet your needs. Dana says: “The most beautiful thing about being an esthetician is that people come see you on their birthday, which is truly the best compliment one could ask for.”
